If you have received a DHL Express returnlabel, the first thing you have to do is attach the returnlabel on the outside of your parcel. The new label should cover any labels already attached to the parcel.
Therafter you have to hand in your parcel to DHL Express, that can be done in any of the following ways:
🏤 Hand in your return parcel to a DHL Express servicepoint.
Click here to find the DHL Express servicepoint closest to you. Always remember to get a proof of shipping when handing in the parcel and save it until your return has been processed.
💻 You can also chose to book a pick-up with DHL Express, then they will come and collect the parcel from you!

- For the question "Do you need to create a shipping label?" you have to chose No and then chose "I have a DHL Waybill Number"
- You have to insert your waybill number, which you can find on your returnlabel. At the bottom of this article we have inserted a picture of a returnlabel you can use reference, the waybill number is marked with a pink square.
- Fill in your phonenumber and your address.

If you wish to track your returnparcel, you have to enter your parcelnumber, found on your returnlabel below the bottom barcode, on DHL Express' tracking site. You can can find DHL Express' tracking site by clicking here.
💌 You will automatically be notified by email, once your return has been received and processed by the shop. Usually returns are handled within 72 hours. Amounts will always be refunded using the same payment methods, as when the order was placed.
